The Five Institute reserves the right to refuse membership or ask a member to leave if their behaviour is deemed disruptive to the community. We will always do our best to avoid the situation, and it is yet to happen. However, the culture and harmony of This Vital Life are essential, so we reserve that right.

Leaving This Vital Life

If I am a paid member, can I cancel at any time?

Yes, but we'll miss you. Go to Your Account in the Membership Area (Top Menu), and you can cancel your membership in the Billing Section. Or email us, and we'll sort it for you.

To be clear, access to the content within This Vital Life is based on an active membership. Once you leave, access to your past content will be removed.

That is unless you have paid for it using a discount voucher. 

What happens if I decided to join after my free term?

By joining This Vital Life, you agree to pay Five Global for a subscription. This will be renewed each month or year, depending on your membership. If you do not wish to renew your membership, you can cancel anytime.
